In October 2026 Amazon expanded Amazon Now, its fastest delivery service, across the UAE. The service brings everyday essentials to all Amazon.ae customers in 15 minutes, with some locations receiving deliveries in as fast as 6 minutes. Amazon has also introduced a new 2-hour delivery service covering more than 30 product categories.

Both services are available 24/7 through the Amazon app or amazon.ae/now.

How it works

Amazon Now is powered by micro fulfillment centers embedded within UAE neighborhoods. These compact, technology-enabled facilities use advanced inventory systems that optimize product placement based on local demand, reducing delivery distances and easing traffic congestion.

The service covers groceries, electronics, beauty and personal care, household items, kitchen appliances, baby care, and more. Prime members get free delivery on Amazon Now orders above AED 25. The 2-hour delivery service offers free delivery for Prime members on orders above AED 100.

Growing faster than expected

"We are continuing to take convenience to the next level with Amazon Now," said Ronaldo Mouchawar, Vice President, Amazon Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. "Every innovation at Amazon starts with our customers, and Amazon Now is designed for their pace of life here, bringing everyday essentials to customers in minutes."

Mouchawar added that the response has exceeded expectations, with daily orders growing at more than 40% on average month over month and Prime members doubling their shopping frequency after they begin using Amazon Now.

Where it is available

Amazon Now is live across major locations in the UAE including Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, Business Bay, Abu Dhabi Central, Al Ain, and many more, with plans to expand further.
