From content to commerce

The program was first announced at the 1 Billion Followers Summit in Dubai. It is built on a simple idea: creators understand their audiences better than anyone, and Amazon Creators Foundry gives them the tools to turn those insights into products.

"Creators in the UAE are already shaping culture and driving commerce through their content," said Rayan Karaky, Managing Director of Amazon Ads in EMEA and Southeast Asia. "Amazon Creators Foundry gives them the infrastructure to turn that influence into lasting success."

What creators receive

Selected creators get a six-month package that includes up to $100,000 in Amazon DSP media budget, $2,000 in Sponsored Ads incentive match, a dedicated account manager, custom storefront design, Fulfillment by Amazon setup, quarterly workshops, and mentorship from senior Amazon leadership. The program also helps with securing a business license and setting up an Amazon.ae seller account.

"This initiative reflects the UAE's strategic transformation toward sustainable creator economy investment and cross-border digital commerce," said Her Excellency Alia Al Hammadi, Vice Chairperson of the UAE Government Media Office and CEO of the 1 Billion Followers Summit.

Creators HQ, the first dedicated creators hub in the UAE and the Middle East, is part of Visioneers. It was launched under the Content Creators Support Fund, announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
